  I phone the store to inform the merchant that I had a problem with my mattress. She hesitated to call me back in an hour as stated.She proceeded to say that I wouldn't be able to exchange my mattress. She stated the company wouldn't take it back. I had this mattress less than six months and the strings are unraveling on the mattress as well as the mattress sinking in the middle.THE owner proceeded to say that I wouldn't be able to exchange my mattress. She stated the company wouldn't take it back. I had this mattress less than six months and the strings are unraveling on the mattress as well as the mattress sinking in the middle.
  It's a firmtwin mattress six more it was the best when I purchased. Just don't get caught up in that drama and be told the same thing don't buy mattresses their own refurbished outdated and itchy . Consider location could've been bedbugs . I'm not happy with the service just use caution when purchasing ask questions check on longer warranty and check the merchandise thoroughly .
